Indiana Safety and Health was formed in December 2000 by Al Wood and Bob Wallace. Both were interested in training individuals and organizations collectively in First Aid and CPR. They researched extensively several companies that had training materials they could use and implement in their courses. They reviewed and field-tested several training programs. Saying that, Indiana Safety and Health, Inc. utilizes the best materials made available to instructors.
Al and Bob are Firefighters and EMTs. Due to a high level of commitment they feel all instructors must be a minimum of an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) / Firefighters, or certified State Educators. Some instructors are even Paramedic certified!
This brings a level of knowledge, experience, and competency to the classroom. Indiana Safety and Health Instructors have actually been there and done that. They can relate their experience to the classroom and share stories to make learning exciting and real!
